摘要
提出在应急资源调度时间最大限制期约束条件下,以应急调度时间最短,应急出救点最少,路径可靠性最高为目标的煤矿安全事故应急资源调度多目标决策模型,同时运用层次分析法和模糊优化方法确定决策目标的权重和最优应急资源调度方案的集合,最后运用逼近理想解法求出模型的解,为煤矿安全事故应急资源的有效调度提供了理论依据。
Under the constraint condition of maximum restricted period in emergency resource scheduling,we propose the multi- objective decision- making model of emergency resource scheduling for coal mine accidents on the basis of the goals of the shortest time,the least rescue points and the most reliable ways. In the mean time,analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and fuzzy optimization method are applied in determining weights of decision- making target and the optimal set of emergency resource scheduling scheme. In the end,the TOPSIC assessment method is used to solve the model,which provides a strong theoretical basis for the effective scheduling of coal mine safety accident emergency resources.
