摘要
在综合运用专家访谈法、观察法和文献资料调查法系统地收集台湾地区公共图书馆服务状况的基础上,论文从建筑与设备、资源、人三个维度描述取得显著成效的典型案例,进而分析归纳服务创新的思路和经验。在这一部分,论文首先概括性地介绍了台湾地区公共图书馆的服务状况;其次,从改造旧有空间替代新建馆舍、整体规划与分段实施、分龄分众的空间布局、诚品化的氛围与内涵建设、环保纳入建设指标五个方面描述台湾地区公共图书馆阅读环境与设备升级计划实施中取得显著效果的实践案例。
Based on the comprehensive use of expert interviews, observation method and literature investigation method to systematically collect service statistics of public libraries in Taiwan, this paper describes a series of outstanding cases in terms of buildings and equipment, resources and people, and generalizes the experiences of service innovation. In Part A of this paper, we briefly introduce the service status of public libraries in Taiwan firstly. Then, some practices in the implementation of reading environment and equipment upgrade program in Taiwan are introduced, such as the focus on transformation of the old space instead of acquiring a new building, segmentation and overall planning, the layout of the space according to ages, construction of eslite atmosphere and connotation as well as the adoption of green building standards.
