3种手术方法对精索静脉曲张疗效的比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较3种不同手术方式治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效及并发症,为基层医疗机构治疗此病提供参考。方法回顾性分析自2010年以来采用经腹膜后途径(A组)、显微外科(B组)和经腹腔镜途径(C组)治疗精索静脉曲张的患者各53例,比较手术时间、出血量、术后并发症、住院时间,以及术前、术后3个月的精液质量。结果手术时间B组明显长于A组和C组(P<0.05);术后住院天数A组明显长于B组和C组(P<0.05);术后1周阴囊水肿及睾丸鞘膜积液发生率B组明显低于A组和C组(P<0.05);3组术后精子数量、活力、活动率较术前圴明显提高(P<0.01)。结论显微外科精索静脉结扎术麻醉经济,术后并发症少,复发率低,安全有效,适于在基层开展。
