摘要
目的探讨阴道超声引导下实施导管导入通液术的临床诊断效果。方法回顾性分析我科2013年7月至2014年9月期间收治的40例不孕女性病人的临床资料。采用数字单双号的模式分为对照组与研究组,每组各20例。针对对照组病人采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液术,针对研究组病人采用阴道超声引导下行导管导入通液术,对比两组病人输卵管近端轻度粘连诊治、病人接受程度以及治疗费用。结果两组病人输卵管通畅试验结果对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组病人手术时间、病人接受程度以及治疗费用均显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论阴道超声引导下行导管导入通液术具有操作简单、无创、价格低廉的优势,对于输卵管性不孕病人的诊断与治疗具有十分重要的现实意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the implementation of the solution through the catheter into the effect of preoperative clinical diagnosis guided ultrasound-guided. Methods A retrospective analysis admitted to our department from July 2013 to September 2014 during the 40 cases of secondary infertility women. Odd and even numbers in digital mode is divided into the control group and the study group, 20 cases in each group. For patients in the control group using traditional uterine tubal surgery for the patient study group was guided ultrasound-guided catheter into the liquid flow cytometry, comparing two groups of patients with mild proximal tubal adhesions diagnosis, patient acceptance and treatment costs. Results The study group of patients with mild proximal tubal adhesions diagnosis and treatment, patient acceptance and treatment costs were significantly better than the control group, （P 〈0.05） differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound-guided catheter into the liquid flow cytometry radiation has not affected, simple, noninvasive advantage, for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with tubal infertility has great practical significance, and worthy of clinical application.
