摘要 为明确辣椒病毒病主要毒原种类及分布,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(DAS-ELISA)对采自贵阳、安顺、黔北、黔南和毕节等5个地区的562份样品进行检测。结果表明:检测出397份阳性样品,包括黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)、烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)、马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)、苜蓿花叶病毒(Alfalfa mosaic virus,AMV)、番茄花叶病毒(Tomato mosaic virus,ToMV)、番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)、芜菁花叶病毒(Turnip mosaic virus,TuMV)、辣椒轻微斑驳病毒(Pepper mild mottle virus,PMMoV)、辣椒斑驳病毒(Pepper mottle virus,PePMoV)及蚕豆萎蔫病毒(Broad bean wilt virus,BBWV)等10种病毒;其中以CMV和TMV的阳性检出率较高,分别为19.22%和7.83%。阳性样品中共有10种单一侵染类型和8种复合侵染类型,CMV与其他病毒复合侵染的类型有5种。研究可知,CMV是贵州辣椒病毒病最主要的毒原。 In order to identify major species and distribution of viruses, DAS-ELISA testing process was employed to analyze 562 samples collected from Guiyang, Anshun, Qianbei, Qiannan and Bijie. Results.397 samples were detected to be positive infection, including ten kinds of viruses. Cucumber mosaic virus, Tobacco mosaic virus, Potato virus Y, Alfalfa mosaic virus, Tomato mosaic virus, Tomato spotted wilt virus,Turnip mosaic virus,Pepper mild mottle virus,Pepper mottle virus and Broad bean wilt virus. CMV and TMV had high detection rates, which were 19.22% and 7.83% respectively. The positive samples included 10 kinds of single infection forms and eight kinds of compound infection forms, there were five forms of CMV and other viruses complex infection. The research showed that CMV was the main virus on pepper in Guizhou.
