摘要
为猕猴桃高效、优质及果实富锌栽培提供技术依据,以贵长猕猴桃为供试材料,研究叶面喷施锌肥对猕猴桃果实锌含量及品质的影响。结果表明：叶面喷施不同浓度Zn肥均能显著提高猕猴桃叶片和果实中的Zn含量,改善猕猴桃品质,但对猕猴桃果形无明显影响。以叶面喷施0.20%ZnSO4效果最佳,维生素、可溶性总糖和可溶性固形物分别比对照提高21.34%、44.97%和18.41%,可滴定酸比对照降低23.84%。叶面喷施Zn肥可调控猕猴桃果实Zn元素的积累,改善猕猴桃食用品质和营养品质,最适浓度为0.2%～0.4%。
To provide technical basis for the high-efficiency, high quality and fruit zinc enrichment cultivation of kiwifruit, the effects of foliar application on kiwifruit zinc content and quality were studied taking Guichang kiwifruit as the material. Results： Different concentrations of zinc fertilizer had significant effects on zinc content in leaf and fruit, which could improve the quality of kiwi fruit, but had no significant effect on kiwi fruit shape. The optimal treatment of fertilization for quality was 0. 20 % ZnSO%, increased the kiwifruit Vc 21. 34%, soluble total sugar 44. 97%, soluble solid 18. 41% and reduced titratable acid 23.84%, compared with no fertilizer treatment. The results showed that foliar application of Zn fertilizer could increase Zn content in kiwifruit, improve edible and nutritional quality of kiwifruit, the optimum concentration was 0.2%～0.4%.
