摘要
针对目前小孔毛刺的去除提出一种新的方法——超声波加工方法,介绍了该加工方法的基本原理和实验装置,进行超声波小孔去毛刺的试验,采用工业视频孔探仪拍摄加工前和加工后各小孔及其小孔相贯处毛刺的形貌特征,对多组图片进行了比较,分析加工工艺参数对加工效果的影响,验证此方法的可行性,为此方法的后续参数调整提供依据和方向。
The principle of using ultrasonic machining to remove small burrs was introduced, and the hole deburring test was conducted. The influence of process parameters on the machining effects was analyzed, and the experimental result of surface mierotopography was studied by electron micro scope. Finally, the feasibility of this method was verified and it provides the direction for the later parameter adjustment.
