介绍氨汽提工艺中尿素合成塔塔盘选择与应用。组合式塔盘改善了塔内物料的传质、传热、停留时间的均匀分布,有效提高了二氧化碳转化率。
The selection and application of ammonia stripping tray in urea synthesis tower were reviewed. The integrated tray improved the uniform distribution of mass transfer, heat transfer and residence time, and effectively enhanced the carbon dioxide conversion.
