摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中应用效果。方法收集在我院就诊的70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用随机双盲法将患者分为对照组(35例)采用透明质酸钠注射治疗,观察组(35例)采用人工关节置换术治疗,对不同治疗方式在该病中的应用价值进行比较。结果治疗后观察组患者的治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者KSS各项评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后膝关节肿胀程度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论以人工关节置换术对膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行治疗可取得显著疗效,应推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying artificial joint replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the hospital were collected. They were assigned into observation group and control group according to randomized double- blind method,and there were 35 cases in each group. The sodium hyaluronate injection therapy was applied to control group,while artificial joint replacement was applied to observation group. The application values of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the excellent rate of patients in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and KSS score of patients in observation group was obviously better than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in knee swelling between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Applying artificial joint replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant efficacy,and is worthy of promotion.
