摘要
高校数字化教学资源,既是教育信息化背景下我国高等教育发展的新趋势,又是实现我国高校跨越式发展的新举措。高校数字化教学资源建设需要转变思路、优化设计和科学行动,特别要结合实际情况,实施顶层设计战略、特色建设战略、人本绩效战略、共建共享战略、集聚优势战略、自主建设战略,采取构建高校学科资源门户和学科网、打造高校开放式的网络教学平台、建立高校间学生学分互认制度、创新高校数字化资源管理机制、开展教师教育信息化网络培训、实施高校数字化教学绩效评估等路径,促进高校数字化教学资源建设健康发展。
The university digital teaching resources are not only the new trend of education development of higher education in China under the background of education informationization, but also the new measures to realize the leap forward development of universities. In order to develop digital teaching resources effectively, some ideas should be updated ,optimal design and scientific action should be taken. In particular, some strategies such as top-level design strategy, the characteristics of the construction strategy, the human performance strategy, co-construction and sharing strategy, agglomeration advantage strategy and autonomous construction strategy should be implemented according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, there are six routing decisions as follows： constructing academic resource portal and discipline web, building the open network teaching platform, establishing university student credit recognition system, innovating the university digital resources management mechanism, carrying out teachers＇ education information net- work training and implementing university digital teaching performance evaluation, which can help promote the con- struction of university digital teaching resources and its healthy development.
