摘要
目的分析住院病人跌倒事件法律诉讼中护理干预相关问题。方法对某三级甲等医院2012年1月至2014年9月56例跌倒事件进行回顾性分析,以医疗(安全)不良事件上报表和病人投诉登记表及纠纷处理档案获取资料。结果 56例跌倒事件中,有损害后果26例。其中轻微损伤19例,经院内协商解决;重度损伤经法律诉讼解决6例,待解决1例。结论跌倒事件的事前预防、事后跟踪处理及反馈修订评估计划,对医疗安全起到保障作用。
Objective To analyze the inpatient tumble events in a law suit issues related to nursing intervention. Methods Fifty - six cases of hospital- ized patients fall events occurred in a 3A - level hospital in January 2012 to September 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Accessing data in medical （safety） adverse event reports, complaints from patients registration form and dispute processing file. Results Twenty - six cases were eonsequented with damage. Ninteen cases with minor injury shall be made by the site of both Parties through consultations ,6 cases through legal proceedings oresolve. 1 cases will be to be processed. Conclusion Prevention, post event processing and feedback revision assessment program of fall events can guarantee medical safety.
