摘要
为了加强塔里木河水资源管理,至2005年在塔里木河干流中上游河段修建了大规模输水堤防、生态闸和护岸等工程,为了评估工程建成后对河道水沙运动的影响,采用1990年以来的实测水文泥沙资料,对堤防建成前后的来水来沙特性、河道输水输沙特性、泥沙冲淤规律等进行了系统的分析和研究,建立了河道输水输沙关系,估算了河道泥沙冲淤及沿程分布。综合工程实施后,塔河干流主要控制断面的水资源量基本达到了规划目标,提高了河道输水输沙协调性,增强了英巴扎-乌斯满河段输沙能力,在一定程度上改变了该河段的泥沙冲淤规律。分析了目前塔河管理中尚存在的问题,提出了改进建议。
To enhance the management of water resources of Tarim River,a large scale of embankments,ecogates,bank protection projects have been constructed along the main Stem Tarim River by the year of 2005.To judge the effect of these constructions on flow movement and sediment transport,comprehensive analyses on the incoming runoff and sediment load,characteristics of flow and sediment transport,and sedimentation regularity for before and after the constructions have respectively been conducted based on the measured data since1990. The relation between the sediment load and runoff was established. The sedimentation amount and its distribution along the river were estimated. The results indicated that after the implementations of these constructions,the water resources amounts going through the typical cross section along the river have reached the planning goal,the harmony of flow movement and sediment transport was improved,and the sediment transport capacity in Yingbazha to Wusiman reach was increased. Finally,the problems in current management were analyzed,and some suggestions for improvement were given.
