摘要
本文通过对160例经临床诊断血管性头痛的患者进行TCD检查,测定双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)。探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)检查对血管性头痛的诊断价值,得出结论是TCD检测血管性头痛患者能为临床诊断提供客观依据,并指导临床治疗。
this article through to 160 cases by clinical diagnosis of patients with vascular headache for TCD examination, determination of bilat- eral middle cerebral artery （MCA）, before the cerebral artery（ACA）, posterior cerebral artery （PCA）, vertebral artery（VA）and basilar artery （BA）. Transcranial doppler（TCD） to check the value to the diagnosis of vascular headache, the conclusion is TCD detection in patients with vas- cular headache provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis, and guide clinical treatment.
