摘要
利用溶胶凝胶法实现了N掺杂改性的Ti O2在粉煤灰漂珠(FAC)表面的负载,成功制备出N-Ti O2/FAC复合光催化剂。以亚甲基蓝为降解对象,研究了不同煅烧温度、不同N掺杂量的复合光催化剂在可见光条件下的光催化活性与反应动力学性能。试验表明:煅烧温度为450℃,N掺杂量为25%的条件下制备的N-Ti O2/FAC光催化降解亚甲基蓝的效果最优,对亚甲基蓝的降解效率比N-Ti O2高10%,比Ti O2/FAC高40%,且该催化剂漂浮于水面可通过相分离得以回收。
By sol-gel method,fly ash cenospheres (FACs) coated with nitrogen-doped TiO2 (N-TiO2) have been used for the preparation of composite photo-catalyst, N-TiO//FAC. Taking methylene blue (MB) as the research tar- get, the photo-catalytic activity and reaction kinetics of the composites produced at different calcination temperatures and with different nitrogen doping contents are studied under visible light irradiation. The experiments show that when the calcination temperature is 450℃, and the doped N content 25%, the photo-catalytic degradation effect of the prepared N-TiO2/FAC on methylene blue (MB) is the best. The degradation capacity of N-TiO2/FAC for MB is 10% higher than that of N-TiO2, and 40% higher than that of TiO2/FAC. The catalyst floating on the water surface of can be recovered by phase separation.
