摘要
目的:评价行为干预对老年功能性消化不良(aged functional dyspepsia,AFD)的临床疗效.方法:选择海洋石油总医院社区科门诊中已经明确诊断的AFD患者220例,随机分为多潘立酮+越鞠保和丸对照组及多潘立酮+越鞠保和丸+行为干预治疗组,每组110例.对照组口服多潘立酮10 mg,3次/d,越鞠保和丸6 g,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上,采取心理、饮食及运动等行为干预.两组均治疗2 mo,治疗期间观察临床症状的改善情况、症状积分情况以及不良反应.结果:治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为91.8%、80.0%(?2=6.346,P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的症状积分总有效率分别为93.6%、82.7%(?2=6.281,P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的症状积分较对照组显著下降(t值分别为3.763、5.436、3.858,P<0.05).结论:行为干预能够显著提高药物治疗AFD的临床效果,大大提高患者的生活质量和健康水平,为AFD的快速康复提供了广阔的前景,为延年益寿创造了先决条件.
AIM： To evaluate the clinical effects of behavior interventions in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia. METHODS： Two hundred and twenty elderly patients with functional dyspepsia treated at China National Offshore Oil Corporation General Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 110 cases in each group. In the control group, allof the patients received oral domperidone 10 mg three times a day and Yueju Baohe pill 6 g twice a day. In the study group, all of the patients received psychological, diet and exercise behavior interventions on the basis of the treatments in the control group. The treatments lasted 2 mo. The improvement of clinical symptoms, symptom score and adverse reactions were compared for the two groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate was signif icantly higher in the study group than in the control group（91.8% vs 80.0%, χ^2 = 6.346, P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate with regard to symptom score was also signif icantly higher in the study group than in the control group（93.6% vs 82.7%, χ^2 = 6.281, P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the symptoms score in the study group dropped more signif icantly than that in the control group（t = 3.763, 5.436, and 3.858, P 〈0.05 for all）. CONCLUSION： Behavior intervention can signifi cantly improve the therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia in elderly patients, and it can greatly improve the patients＇ quality of life and health level.
