摘要
后装式压缩垃圾车是一种集自动装填与压缩运输城市生活垃圾的工具,由于垃圾的密度不断下降,油价上涨等原因,使得推板结构研究尤为重要,本文以垃圾车推板为研究对象,首先在ANSYS中建立推板的有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析,得出推板的应力和应变情况,为后装式压缩垃圾车推板的优化研究提供依据.
Compression garbage truck after loading is a common kind of sanitation special vehicles. Study on pushing board of the carriage structure is particularly important, because of garbage density decreasing and the rise in oil price. This paper takes pushing board of compressed garbage truck as the research object, establishing finite element model of pushing board and performing Static analysis, obtaining the stress and strain conditions of pushing board,to provide a basis for study on optimization of compressed garbage truck carriage.
