抗菌药物联合氦氖激光照射治疗皮肤软组织感染的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical effect of antibiotics combined with helium-neon laser irradiation on treatment of skin and soft tissue infections

摘要 目的探讨抗菌药物与氦氖激光照射联合应用治疗皮肤软组织感染的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取医院皮肤软组织感染患者140例,随机分为两组,对照组68例单纯给予加替沙星静脉滴注和聚维酮碘液局部外涂;观察组72例在对照组基础上给予氦氖激光照射,治疗15d时对两组患者治疗效果进行评价,并记录两组患者痊愈时间;采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组患者痊愈率和总有效率分别47.06%和82.35%,观察组分别为58.33%和88.89%;观察组患者痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者平均痊愈时间(12.84±2.03)d,观察组患者为(10.11±1.92)d,观察组患者愈合时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗菌药物治疗基础上联合应用氦氖激光照射治疗,可以提高皮肤软组织感染患者的预后,加速患者痊愈,且操作简便,是一种理想的治疗方案。 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with helium-neon laser irradiation on treatment of skin and soft tissue infections so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of140 patients with skin and soft tissue infections were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The control group with 68 cases was treated with single intravenous drip of gatifloxacin and topical embrocation with povidone-iodine solution,while the observation group with 72 cases was given the helium-neon laser irradiation based on the treatment of the control group,the curative effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated on day 15 of treatment,the cure time was recorded,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS13.0software.RESULTS The cure rate of the control group was 47.06%,the observation group 58.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%,the observation group 88.89%;the cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The average cure time of the observation group was(10.11±1.92)days,significantly shorter than(12.84±2.03)days of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The conventional antibiotics therapy combined with helium-neon laser irradiation can improve the prognosis of the patients with skin and soft tissue infections and facilitate the recovery of the patients,with the operation simple,and it is an ideal treatment program.
