摘要
目的：对比分析口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的疗效。方法随机从我院2014年4月～2015年4月口腔科收治且采用常规修复的牙列缺损患者中抽取43例作为常规组，选取同期采用口腔种植修复的43例牙列缺损患者作为种植组，对比两组临床治疗疗效。结果治疗后，种植组临床总有效率、满意度评分及并发症发生率等优于常规组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与常规修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效相比，口腔种植修复的效果更为显著，能有效提升患者的满意度，且较为安全可靠，更具临床应用价值。
Objective Comparative analysis of oral implant prosthesis and regular repair in the dentition defect treatment of curative effect. Methods 43 cases of patients with conventional repair of dentition defect were selected as the normal group in April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital, choosing the same using oral implant prosthesis of 43 patients with dentition defect as planting group, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the planting group total effective rate, satisfaction score and the incidence of complications and so on, is superior to the conventional group, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional repair the curative effect of treating dentition defect, the effect of oral implant prosthesis is more signiifcant, can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s satisfaction, and relatively safe and reliable, more clinical application value.
