摘要
目的：探讨和分析新型敷料治疗糖尿病足的临床护理效果。方法选择我院2014年4月～2015年4月收治的糖尿病足患者70例，在患者知情的情况下，分成对照组与观察组各35例，对照组患者给予传统敷料换药，观察组则采用新型敷料，对比两组临床治疗效率和愈合时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.3%，对照组的治疗总有效率为74.1%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者平均愈合时间为（37.2±2.9）d，优于对照组的平均愈合时间（P＜0.05）。结论新型敷料治疗糖尿病足能显著提高疗效，减少住院、护理时间。
Objective To investigate and analyze the new dressing treatment of diabetic foot clinical care effect. Methods 70 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted in our hospital from April 2014~April 2015, under the patient knowingly divided into control group and observation group 35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional dressings dressing, in the observation group using new dressings, compared two groups of clinical efifciency and healing time. Results The total effective rate was 94.3%, the treatment group total effective rate was 74.1%, compared to a signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. The observation group was average healing time was （37.2±2.9） d, signiifcantly better than the control group, the average healing time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new dressing treatment of diabetic foot can signiifcantly improve the efifcacy and reduce hospitalization, nursing time, in the hospital for promotion.
