试论“精彩江苏”文化品牌的打造方向与重点 被引量:4

摘要 文化品牌是昭显存在的强烈符号,代表了一个地区、一个国家的形象和实力。打造文化品牌对于提升文化软实力,增强民族凝聚力具有重要意义。对于江苏而言,用"精彩江苏"总品牌、总特征来概括江苏的文化更加合适。要坚持文化交流与价值传播相结合,加强江苏整体对外文化形象的策划和推广,努力将"精彩江苏"传向世界。把江苏的精彩传向世界,一要立足传承创造精彩;二要注重"江苏文化国际表达";三要明确重点国家重点地区,真正进入主流社会。打造"精彩江苏"文化品牌,必须坚持"走出去"与"引进来"两手抓。要坚持开放包容,广泛借鉴吸收国内外优秀文明成果,不断引进优秀的文化资源,以世界的精彩增加江苏的精彩。要进一步解放思想,适应新形势,尽快改变政府在文化"走出去"中唱"独角戏"的现状,推动文化艺术机构、民间组织积极参与国际文化交流活动,促进民间活动扮演重要角色。 Cultural brand is a strong symbol for declaring the existence, and it symbols the image and strength of an area or a nation. To create cultural brand could help to promote cultural soft power and strengthen national cohesion. For Jiangsu province, it is much more suitable to use "excellent Jiangsu" to sum up Jiangsu culture. We should in- tegrate cultural communication and value transmission, and enforce the designing and promoting of foreign cultural im- age of the whole Jiangsu culture, so as to endeavor to introduce excellent Jiangsu to the world. To introduce excellent Jiangsu culture to the world, we should first inherit and create the excellence, and secondly pay attention to an inter- national expression of Jiangsu culture, and thirdly pinpoint key nations and key regions so as to truly enter into the mainstream society. To create excellent Jiangsu cultural brand, we must adhere to grasp two key links at the same time, which is to both "go out" and to "take in". We should maintain our openness and tolerance, and extensively refer to the distinctive civilization achievement either national or international, and continually to introduce splendid cultural re- source, so as to add world excellence to Jiangsu excellence. We should further emancipate our thoughts to adapt to new situation, and we should change the situation that government performs monodrama in culture' s going out as soon as possible, and we should promote cultural and artistic organization and folk organization to actively participate in international cultural communication activities which could also promote folk activities to play a significant role.
