内窥镜下睫状体光凝术对兔眼晶体悬韧带张力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察内窥镜下睫状体光凝术(ECP)对兔眼晶体悬韧带张力的影响,探讨内窥镜下睫状体光凝术的安全性。方法 24只新西兰白兔,随机选择一眼建立ECP模型,为实验组,另一眼作为对照组。采用经巩膜壁向玻璃体腔注入生理盐水增加玻璃体腔压力方法测量晶体悬韧带的张力。观察术后1、3、6个月两组晶体悬韧带长度及悬韧带张力。结果术后1、3、6个月实验组和对照组悬韧带长度差异无统计学意义(t1=0.55,t3=0.53,t6=0.61,P>0.05)。术后1、3、6个月实验组的悬韧带张力明显低于对照组(t1=2.43,t3=2.27,t6=2.72,P<0.05)。结论 ECP术后兔眼晶体悬韧带张力减低,但并未丧失。
