摘要
利用SDS-PAGE电泳技术,对106份江苏淮北地区近年来所选育的小麦品种(系)进行高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)的组成分析。结果表明,供试品种(系)中共出现了11种亚基和17种亚基组合类型。在Glu-A1位点,有2种亚基类型,以1亚基为主,为67%;Glu-B1位点有5种亚基类型,以7+8亚基为主,占47.2%;Glu-D1位点有5种亚基类型,以5+10亚基为主,为59.5%。最为常见的亚基组合类型为(1,7+8,5+10),其频率为29.2%。供试小麦材料的得分在4~10分之间,平均为8.04分。其中得10分的亚基组合类型有3种,为(1,7+8,5+10)、(1,14+15,5+10)和(1,17+18,5+10),占供试小麦材料的33.0%。
The HMW-GS compositions of 106 wheat cultivars from Huaibei regions of Jiangsu province by SDS-PAGE technique were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 11 HMW-GS subunits and 17 subunit compositions of 106 wheat cultivars were identified. There were 2,5,5 subunits at Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 loci,respectively,among which,the predominant types were subunit 1( 67 %),7+ 8( 47. 2 %) and 5 + 10( 59. 5 %). The subunit compositions( 1,7 + 8,5 + 10) with the frequency of 29. 2 % was the predominant type. The glutenin quality scores ranged from 4 to 10,with an average of 8. 04. The total frequency of three subunit compositions( 1,7 +8,5 + 10),( 1,14 + 15,5 + 10) and( 1,17 + 18,5 + 10) with the score of 10 was 33. 0 %.
