摘要
目的观察不同外周小儿浅静脉留置针固定方法的效果。方法纳入需要进行外周浅静脉留置针的患儿80例,根据固定方法的不同分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组浅静脉留置针穿刺成功后,使用3M透明敷贴进行固定,然后使用3M自我粘缠式绷带进行固定;研究组浅静脉留置针穿刺成功后,于留置针的针柄和肝素帽与皮肤的接触处贴一次性灭菌不粘敷贴,然后根据对照组方法进行操作。观察两组患儿的留置针留置时间,过敏、渗液、脱管等不良反应发生率,以及家属对护理满意率等。结果研究组过敏、渗液、脱管发生率分别为7.50%、10.00%、5.00%,对照组过敏、渗液、脱管发生率分别为25.00%、30.00%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组留置针留置时间为(4.7±1.8)d,对照组留置针留置时间为(3.1±1.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属对护理工作满意率为97.50%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在留置针针柄和肝素帽与皮肤的接触处贴一次性灭菌不粘敷贴,能够有效降低过敏、渗液、脱管等不良反应发生率,延长留置针的留置时间,并有效提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意率,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effects of different fixation methods of peripheral superficial venin catheter for child patients. Methods 80 cases of child patients with peripheral superficial venin catheter were selected and divided into research group and control group according to different fixations methods. After the successful puncture of superficial vein catheter, the control group adopted the fixation based on 3M transparent application and 3M self-adherent wrap, while research group was pasted with disposable disinfected non-adhesive applications on the skin touch point with needle handle and heparin cap and then follow the operations of control group. The indwelling time, incidence of adverse reactions of allergy, exudates, stent dislodgement, and nursing satisfaction rate were observed between of two groups. Results The incidence of allergy, exudates and stent dislodgement of the research group was 7.50%, 10.00% and 5.00% respectively, while the incidence of the control group was 25.00%, 30.00% and 20.00% （P〈0.05）. The indwelling time of the research group and the control group were （4.7 ± 1.8） d and （3.1 ± 1.3） d （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 97.50%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The disposable disinfected non-adhesive applications on the skin touch point with needle handle and heparin cap can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of allergy, exudates and stent dislodgement, prolong the indwelling time and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
