摘要
目的：了解转化糖制剂的用药趋势及临床配伍情况,分析其合理性。方法：对我院2012~2014年转化糖制剂的品种、消耗金额、临床配伍情况进行统计分析。结果：转化糖制剂消耗金额迅速增长,临床配伍药品品种多样,部分药品有相关文献资料支持,配伍合理,也存在配伍禁忌情况。结论：转化糖制剂应用广泛,但应重视其安全性和合理性。
Objective：To investigate the trends and compatibility of invert sugar preparations and analyze its rationality in use. Methods： The types, consumption amount and clinical compatibility of invert sugar preparations were statistical analyzed in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results： The consumption amount of invert sugar preparations was growing rapidly. There were varieties of drugs compatibility with invert sugar preparations. Some were reasonable, with the support of literature. But some were incompatibility. Conclusion： Invert sugar preparations were used widely in clinic. We should pay attention to the safety and rationality.
