基因芯片技术在昆虫抗药性研究中的应用

摘要 化学杀虫剂滥用导致昆虫抗药性问题日渐突出,研究昆虫抗药性是为了更有效地防治害虫。基因芯片为害虫抗药性研究提供了理想的平台。综述了基因芯片技术在昆虫抗药性研究中的应用进展,重点总结了细胞色素P450氧化酶、酯酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶等解毒酶基因和乙酰胆碱酯酶等靶标酶基因的表达情况,为在分子水平上研究昆虫抗药性提供了依据,为从基因组学水平深入、全面开展昆虫与农药的互作研究奠定了基础。 Abuse of chemical pesticides leads to the problem of insect resistance, which has become increasingly prominent.The objective of study on insect resistance is to control insect pests more effectively. The progress of application of microarray technology on insect resistance research, especially the expression of the genes encoding cytochrome P450 monoxygneases,estaesres, glutathione-S-transferases and acetylcholinestcrase were reviewed in this paper to provide the references for study on insect resistance at the molecular level and lay the foundation for comprehensive interaction research between insects and pesticides from the genomics level in-depth.
