摘要
目的:通过研究手术室护理流程建立质量管理的评价指标体系对提高护理质量的效果,以期进一步提高我院护理管理质量。方法:通过检索美国国家卫生网站以及Pubmed、CNKI等数据库,查阅与护理质量管理相关的文献,从而拟定基础指标的体系,运用德尔菲法对42名护理管理专家对评价体系进行咨询和论证。结果:手术室护理过程质量评价指标体系包含8个一级指标与23个二级条目以及相应的权重值,经统计检验谐系统均具有显著性,且一级条目的谐系数大于二级条目,其中一级指标的Kendall’s W=0.385,X2=26.387,P=0.000;二级条目的Kendall’s W=0.286,X2=131.287,P=0.000。结论:新建的手术室护理过程质量的评价标准体系充分体现护理内涵,可为我院实际临床护理管理工作提供标准和指南。
Objective system to improve ： The establishment of quality management through research room nursing process evaluation the quality of care results in order to further improves the quality of nursing management.
