HCG联合GnRH-a在微刺激方案体外受精治疗中的应用被引量：1

摘要目的探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)在微刺激方案体外受精(IVF)患者诱导卵泡成熟中的应用效果。方法选择使用微刺激方案行IVF的患者40例,其中使用HCG联合GnRH-a治疗20例(联合组)、HCG治疗20例(单药组)。比较两组的促性腺激素(Gn)天数、Gn用量、HCG日雌二醇(E2),HCG日后第1天E2、孕酮(P)、HCG,获卵数、成熟卵数、受精率、移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率。结果联合组与单药组的Gn天数、Gn用量、HCG日E2水平比较,P均>0.05。与单药组比较,联合组HCG日后第1天E2水平降低、P及HCG升高、获卵数及成熟卵数增加(P均<0.05)。两组受精率、移植胚胎数及临床妊娠率比较,P均>0.05。结论 HCG联合GnRH-a用于微刺激方案IVF可以增加获卵数和成熟卵数。
