摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUE,建立通风盘式制动器热力耦合有限元模型,在考虑制动盘与摩擦片制动时的摩擦系数和弹性模量随温度变化的基础上,采用完全耦合的方法,对盘式制动器在紧急制动工况下进行模拟仿真,得到了该工况下制动盘温度场和应力场分布特性,并对两者之间的耦合关系进行了分析。
Using direct coupling algorithm in ABAQUS, a three dimensional transient thermal and stress coupled FEM mod-el including disc and pad was established. In the theoretical calculation, the frictional factor which varies with material tempera-ture was taken into account. Based on the results of the simulation of the thermal-mechanical coupling, the distribution of the transient temperature and stress field of a ventilated disk brake were analyzed.
