摘要
螺杆泵井采油过程中,当抽油杆的转速达到特定值时,杆柱会产生强烈的振动,从而引起杆柱偏磨、断脱等一系列问题。文章根据杆柱空间结构特点对其进行简化,并应用有限元方法,通过合理的简化边界条件,对螺杆泵井抽油杆柱的自振频率进行分析和计算。计算了杆柱的振动频率,结果表明该方法可用于解决螺杆泵井抽油杆柱的共振频率分析问题。
In the processing of screw pump production, when the speed get a certain value, the rod string will generate intensity vibration, which will cause eccentric wear and break and so on. The article simplified structural of rod string base on its spatial structure, using finite analysis method, reasonable simplified boundary condition, analysis and calculate the natural frequency. Calculate the vibration frequency of rod string, the result shows that this method is used to resolve the rod string's vibrating frequency problem.
