摘要
为实现水平连铸自动控制,给出了利用中间包、结晶器、铸坯和拉坯参数对生产工艺进行干预控制的方法。首先,分析了水平连铸的拉坯过程及主要被测对象、参数;在此基础上,建立了基于PROFIBUS-DP的系统框架,并说明了主站和从站之间的通信;最后根据所测参数,由主站做出判断,实时预警和干预生产。
According to the parameters collected in the slab casting tundish, mould, casting billet and slab withdrawing, the casting process was controlled to achieve the automation of horizontal continuous casting. Based on analyzing the basic slab withdrawing process, the main monitoring objects and the parameters, the system frame was established, and the communication between host and slave station based on it was discussed. Finaly, according to the monitoring parameters, the slab withdrawing process was judged, so as to achieve real-time early warning and control.
