摘要
目的了解神经外科护士照顾颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者工作中所遇到的问题及其身心体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对10名临床神经外科护士进行一对一的深入访谈。结果采用现象学分析法升华出3个关于神经外科护士照顾颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者的职业体验:医护患沟通不通畅;职业损害;加重身心负荷。结论神经外科护士在照顾颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者时有较大的职业压力,不但需要护理管理者提供多方缓解压力的渠道,更需要增加社会的支持力度,使其保持良好的身心状态,以更好地照顾患者,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the experience and nursing problem of caring patients with traumatic brain inj ury induced mental disorders of neurosurgery nurses.Methods A qualitative research was conducted in 10 neurosurgery nurses by in-depth interview.Results The term of occupational stress of neurosurgery nurses can be classified into 3 aspects including failure communication between medical staffs and patients,employment inj uries,and heavy physical and psychological burden.Conclusion The neurosur-gery nurses are have quite working pressure.It is necessary for nursing managers to ease neurosurgery nurse occupational stress not only by providing more care,but also increasing the support of society,thus makes them to keep positive attitude to better takes care of patients and improving nursing quality.
