摘要 采用正交设计试验方法研究了EM35高速钢丝锥的深冷处理工艺。通过切削钛合金试验,分析不同的深冷处理温度、保温时间和降温速率对高速钢丝锥寿命的影响。得出深冷工艺的最优方案为深冷温度-170℃、降温速率2℃/min、保温时间10 h;测量深冷前后丝锥硬度,结果表明,丝锥硬度平均提高0.36~1.34 HRC;依据切削扭矩试验,将未经深冷的丝锥和深冷试验后优方化案丝锥进行攻丝扭矩试验对比,验证了新工艺的合理性。 Deep cryogenic treatment process of EM35 HSS tab was studied by orthogonal test method. Based on the cutting test results of Ti alloy by HSS tab,effects of various cryogenic temperatures,holding time and cooling rates on life of HSS tab were researched. It can be got form the experiment results that the optimal process parameters are cryogenic temperature-170 ℃,cooling rate 2 ℃/min and holding time 10 h. Hardness of tap was measured before and after cryogenic.It can be shown from the results that the hardness of tap after cryogenic will be higher 0.36-1.34 HRC than before. According to the cutting torque test theory,tapping torque test is compared for the HSS tab before and after cryogenic with the optimization cryogenic process. The rationality of new process is validated.
