摘要
随着现代数控技术的不断发展,分度头技术不断成熟,类型众多。对于分度头的设计来说,目前重点的工作是如何实现传统分度头的智能化,从而提高工件在机床上加工的精确性、稳定性以及便捷性。文中主要介绍了如何在Atmega16单片机控制系统中实现分度头的智能化,并且设计了单片机的硬件电路。最后对智能分度头软件的实现进行了编程。
With the continuous development of modern numerical control technology, dividing head technology has matured constantly and has many types. For the design of the dividing head, the key work is how to implement the intelligent of the traditional dividing head, so as to improve the accuracy, the stability and convenience in the machine tool processing. This article mainly introduced how to implement the intelligent of the dividing head in the Atmega16 single chip microcomputer control system, and single chip microcomputer hardware circuit is designed. Finally, the implementation of intelligent idividing head software is programmed.
