摘要
射孔时的瞬态压力会对射孔枪和油井井壁套管产生巨大的冲击,冲击力可能对井壁套管造成不可修复的破坏,严重的可能会导致油井报废,造成巨大浪费。为了研究射孔压力变化规律,设计了射孔压力测试仪,该仪器以CPLD为控制核心,实现数字逻辑控制功能。通过分析射孔枪上相邻两射孔弹爆炸的时间间隔确定了仪器的采样频率,依据被测信号的特点,设计了编程自适应分段均匀采样策略。使用该测试仪对不同射孔工艺过程进行了测试,获得了大量压力曲线,为研究射孔工艺机理、评价射孔施工效果以及促进新的射孔产品研发提供了数据依据。
The transient pressure produced in the process of perforation has some impacts on perforating gun and oil well cas-ing pipe,and the impact may cause irreparable damage to oil well casing pipe.Severe damage may lead to the well scrapped,even cause huge waste.The pressure test instrument was designed in order to study the change rule of perforating pressure .The instrument took CPLD chip as the control core,and the digital logic control function of the system was realized .The system sample frequency was determined through analyzing the explosion time interval between adjacent two perforating charge.The adaptive piecewise uni-form sampling strategy was designed based on the characteristics of the measured signal .The tester was used to test different perfo-rating process and a lot of pressure curves were obtained .These data provide basis for the mechanism study of perforating technology and the effect assessment of perforating construction and promote research and development of new perforating product.
