摘要
为定量评估加工过程中各种随机因素造成的两类特性偏差对加工过程可靠性的影响,从完成生产任务的角度出发,将生产任务的时间(T)、质量(Q)、成本(C)均看作产品特性,研究了加工过程可靠度的概念,分析了工艺加工过程中的质量特性的关联机理,基于质量损失函数构建了加工过程的产品特性与任务载荷要求PL、过程特性与生产能力PC的关系模型。根据工艺设计及设备的固有生产能力,参考广义应力—强度干涉理论,提出了加工过程的任务载荷—生产能力(PL-PC)模型,建立了加工过程可靠性状态函数,并给出了评估框架。以某轴承的镀膜过程为例,验证和分析了模型和评估方法的可行性和有效性。
To quantitatively evaluate the impact of deviation in machining process on process reliability, the concept of manufacturing process reliability was researched by considering time, quality and cost of production as the general product characteristics, and the correlation mechanism of quality characteristic was analyzed. Based on quality loss function, the relationship models were established to respectively describe the relationship between product charac- teristics and task demand and between process characteristics and production capacity. With the generalized stress- strength interference theory as reference, task load-production capacity interference model was put forward, which could represent reliability formation mechanism of manufacturing process. A framework for process reliability as- sessment was constructed and could be applicable to general process assessment. A study case for bearing coating process was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method.
