摘要
[目的]筛选出适宜的水芹菜水培营养液配方。[方法]采用4种不同种营养液配方培养水芹,测定形态和生理指标。[结果]用自设营养液培养的水芹菜植株株高为56.60 cm、总根长为31.46 cm、叶柄长为11.13 cm、壮苗指数为1.045,均显著高于使用其他营养液配方的水芹。[结论]自设营养液培养为水芹最优水培营养液。
[ Objective ] To screen out appropriate nutrient solution for cress hydroponics. [ Method ] Using 4 kinds of cress culture nutrient solution,the morphological and physiological characteristics were determined. [ Result ] With its own solution culture water celery plant, its height 56. 60 cm,total root length 31.46 cm, petiole length 11.13 cm, seedling index 1. 045, significantly higher than other nutrient solutions cress. [ Conclusion] Own culture solution was the best hydroponics nutrient solution for cress.
