摘要
分析和探讨医学生医患沟通教育的重要性及我国医患沟通教育的现状,分析我国医学生医患沟通教育存在的缺陷和不足。介绍以问题为中心教学法及标准化病人教学法在我国高等医学教育中取得的成绩,设想将两者有机结合应用于医患沟通教育的可行性并探讨其如何开展。
Analyze and discuss the current situation and the importance of the doctor-patient communi- cation education for medical students in China. Point out flaws and shortcomings of the doctor-patient communication education for medical students in China. Introduce the achievements of Problem-based Learning (PBL) teaching method and Standardized Patients (SP) teaching method that taught in high- er medical education in Chinal and envisage the feasibility of applying the combination of the two to the education of doctor-patient communication and discuss on how to carry it out.
