摘要
本文从关系认同视角,考察了服务型领导对员工创新行为和团队创新能力的多层次影响机制。基于325对上下级配对数据,采用多层线性模型和层次回归法,对模型进行验证。结果表明:领导认同在服务型领导与员工创新行为之间起到完全中介作用;领导原型在服务型领导与团队创新能力之间起到完全中介作用;组织创新氛围对领导认同与员工创新行为之间的关系具有正向调节作用。
Drawing from the relationship identification concept, we investigate the multi-level effects of servant leadership on employee innovative behavior and team innovation ability. Based on 325 dyads of supervisors and subordinates, we use hierarchical linear model and hierarchical regression to testify the model. Results indicate that leader identification fully mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee innovative behavior; leader prototypicality fully mediates the relationship between servant leadership and team innovation ability; organizational climate for innovation positively moderates the relationship between leader identification and employee innovative behavior.
