摘要
目的:观察董氏奇穴治疗脑梗死后肢体麻木的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按就诊顺序分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。对照组予抗血小板聚集、脑保护、改善脑循环、营养神经及对症治疗等常规处理,治疗组在对照组的基础上予针刺董氏奇穴(灵骨、大白、三叉一、三叉二、肩中穴、云白穴、神肩穴、李白穴、下三皇)治疗,3周后观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈22例,有效10例,无效3例,有效率为91.43%;对照组治愈12例,有效13例,无效10例,有效率为71.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用针刺董氏奇穴配合常规对症处理治疗中风后肢体麻木疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the numbness after cerebral infarction treated by of Dongˊs Qi points. Methods：70 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in control group. Pa-tients in control group were treated with anti platelet aggregation,protecting the brain,improve cerebral circulation,nerve nutrition and symptomatic conventional treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the given Dongˊs Qi points（Ling Gu, Da Bai,San Cha yi,San Cha er,Jian Zhong point,Yun Bai point,Shen Jian point,Li Bai point,Xia San Huang）treatment and after 3 weeks of observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results：In the treatment group,22 cases were cured,10 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective,the effective rate was 91. 43% ;the control group 12 cases cured,13 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the effective rate was 71. 43% ,the difference was significant. Conclusion：The use of Dongshi Qi acupoint combined with conventional symptomatic treatment of limb numbness after stroke curative effect exactly.
