摘要
目的:分析不同学制转科医师的考核成绩,探讨学制对住院医师能力的培养。方法:对不同学制的学生分组、考核,比较各组成绩并进行分析。结果:八年制组多项成绩明显高于其他两组。结论:长学制有助于培养高素质的医学人才。
Objective :To study the impact different degree programs had on residents' assessment scores. Methods:residents were divided into three groups based on the length of programs they graduated from. Resuhs : residents graduated from eight year programs did significantly better than those from shorter programs ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions :longer programs graduate better qualified medical professionals.
