摘要
目的:研究红辛夷对小鼠的生长性能和繁殖性能的作用。方法:选用72只小鼠,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只小鼠,每组分别添加0%、0.004 5%、0.009%、0.013 5%比例的辛夷煎剂于饮水中进行饲养和繁殖实验。计算总增重、料肉比、排泄量和产仔数、成活率。结果:随着辛夷煎剂浓度增加,料肉比、成活率呈逐渐升高趋势,但是都差异不显著(P>0.05);总末重、产仔数、成活数降低,差异显著(P<0.05);总增重降低,差异极显著(P<0.001);饲料消耗量降低,差异极显著(P<0.001)。日总排泄量呈逐渐降低,差异极显著(P<0.001)。结论:辛夷不适合用在断乳后仔鼠饲料中和妊娠期母鼠饲料中,但是具有使用在断乳前仔鼠饲料中的潜力。
Research the The effects of Magnalia liliflora to the growth performance and reproduction of mice. Methods： 72 mice were randomly assigned to four groups that 3 replicates ,6 mice very replicates, which were given 0% ,0.0045% ,0.009% ,0.0135% Magnalia liliflora decocta, at the end of the experiment, evaluate the total gain , meat to feed, excrement, number born, survival number and survival ratio. Results： When the Magnalia liliflora increase in the water of mice drink, the meat to feed and survival ratio rise,but it difference were not significance （P〉0.05）, the total end weight and number born and survival number decreased Significantly （P〈0.05）; the total gain decreased very Significantly （P〈0.001） ;feed comsuption and excrement decreased very Significantly （P〈 0.001 ）.Conclusion： Magnalia liliflora can not be used in the feed of mice post ablactation and gestation,but it has the potential been used in the feed of mice before ablactation.
