摘要
采用传统的手工方式对零件进行编程往往耗时耗力,而且容易发生错误。如果采用自动编程技术对复杂零件进行编程,既可以提高加工零件的编程效率,更可以提高零件的加工品质。本文以数控铣床零件为例,采用UG8.5软件,对该零件进行了造型设计、自动编程以及仿真加工处理。实践证明:采用UG8.5对零件进行自动编程,可以大大降低编程难度,提高编程效率。
