摘要
以某城市立交桥下低洼地区的排水系统为对象建立水力模型,从内涝防治的角度探索了雨水口的设计和校核方法。通过模拟不同情景分别计算了雨水口具备不同过流能力时的水力条件,以及相应的地面积水情况。结果表明,当雨水口过流能力不满足设计标准时,管网的排水能力不能得到充分发挥,地面的内涝风险也会显著增加。此外,基于模拟结果对"雨水口能力不足"与"管道能力不足"这两种内涝原因进行了区分,说明分析内涝原因是解决内涝问题的先决条件。
A hydraulic model for the drainage system at the low-lying area under a traffic overpass was built to explore the design and check methods for stormwater inlets for the purpose of local inundation prevention and control. The hydraulic condition and inundation area were simulated with the variation of stormwater inlets flow capacity. The results showed that when the current flow capacity of inlet did not meet the design criteria, the drainage pipes could not function adequately, which in turn increased the risk of local inundation. In addition, the simulation results were used to differentiate between the "inlet capacity deficiency" scenario and "drainage pipeline capacity deficiency" scenario. The outcome indicated that the analysis of flooding causes is the prerequisite of flood elimination.
