股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折67例 被引量：5

摘要 随着社会老龄化的发展，股骨转子间骨折的发生率不断上升，预计2050年全球将达到630万［1］，严重影响老年人的身心健康和生活质量。股骨近端抗旋转髓内钉（ PFNA）是在股骨近端髓内钉的基础上研发设计的内固定器械，该内固定器股骨颈锁定通过一个螺旋刀片完成，提高了抗旋转和角度稳定性及抗切出能力。我院采用PFNA治疗不同类型的老年股骨转子间骨折67例，取得了良好的效果。
