准分子激光屈光手术后边缘无菌性角膜浸润一例

摘要 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（laser in situ keralomileusis．LASIK）术后边缘无菌性角膜浸润（marginal sterilcorneal infiltration）是一种发生于术后1～5d的罕见并发症。查阅国内外文献得知，自1996年首次发现至今，国外先后有5例报道，国内也有1例报道，近日我院LASIK术后复查时发现1例，现报告如下：
