锌浸出液中铁氟的同步去除试验研究

摘要 研究了用针铁矿法从锌浸出液中去除铁、氟。结果表明:在温度90℃、pH=4.0、双氧水用量18.33mL/L、中和剂为氧化钙、反应时间2.5h、恒温静置1h、常温静置2h条件下,铁去除率大于99%,氟去除率高于70%,溶液质量达工业生产要求。 Removal of iron and fluorine from the leaching solution of zinc by goethite process were studied. The test results show that over 99% of iron removel rate and over 70% of flurion removal rate are obtained at the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 85 ℃ ,solution pH of 4.0, hydrogen peroxide amount of 18. 33 mL/L, CaO as neutralizer, reaction time of 2. 5 h, constant temperature standing for 1 h and room temperature standing for 2 h. The solution meets electrolytic zinc requirements.
