摘要 目的:探讨双能量CTA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析50例颅内动脉瘤的临床表现及双能CTA征象,并对原始数据进行容积再现(VRT)、最大密度投影(MIP)等后处理技术处理。结果:50例患者CTA检出动脉瘤34个,其中大脑前动脉动脉瘤1个,前交通动脉动脉瘤9个,后交通动脉动脉瘤10个,颈内动脉颅内段动脉瘤4个,大脑中动脉动脉瘤9个,基底动脉瘤9个,瘤体最大径15 mm,DSA检出35个,CTA漏诊1个前交通动脉瘤。结论:双能CTA是一种安全、无创、快速的影像检查手段,可作为动脉瘤的首选检查方法。 Objective: To investigate the value of dual-energy CT angiography ( CTA ) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Method: A retrospective analysis was studied about the clinical manifestations of 50 cases of intracranial aneurysms and dual-energy CTA signs, including the volume rendering ( VRT ), the maximum intensity projection ( MIP ) . Result: 34 aneurysms were detected out of 50 patients, including 1 anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, 9 anterior communicating artery aneurysms, 10 posterior communicating artery aneurysms, 4 intracranial internal carotid artery aneurysms, 9 middle cerebral artery aneurysms, and 9 basilar artery aneurysms. The maximum diameter of the aneurysm was 15 mm. DSA detected 35 ones, and CTA missed an anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Conclusion: Dual energy CTA is a safe, non-invasive, fast imaging method, which can be used as the preferred screening method.
