摘要
糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)引起的危害性最大的慢性并发症。研究表明黄芪、当归及其复方在DN的治疗中,可明显减少尿蛋白,调节相关细胞因子的表达,减轻肾损害,改善肾功能。因此,通过查阅近年来关于黄芪、当归的单味药及其复方在DN治疗中的国内外相关文献作一综述,以期为今后更深层次的研究提供参考。
Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is the greatest danger of chronic complications caused .by diabetes mellitus （DM）. Studies show that Huangqi （astragalus） and Danggui （angelica） and their compounds can significantly reduce the urinary protein,regulate the expression of related cytokines, reduce renal damage, improve the function of kidney in the treatment of DN. Therefore, this paper summarized the related literature at home and abroad？ in recent years about Huangqi（astragalus） and Danggui（angelica） and their compounds？ in the treatment of DN, hoping to provide reference for deeper researches in the future.
