摘要
研究五味子饮料对实验小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其对小鼠的急性毒性作用。通过测定小鼠负重游泳时间,确定五味子饮料的抗疲劳作用,并进行小鼠急性毒性试验。结果表明,与空白组比较,不同浓度五味子浸膏对小白鼠游泳时间都有延长。五味子饮料能增强小鼠的抗疲劳能力,五味子饮料中五味子浸膏相对浓度越大,抗疲劳作用就相对越明显;以柠檬酸、白砂糖和山梨酸钾为辅料配制的五味子饮料无明显的毒副作用。
The effects of Schisandra chinensis drink on anti- fatigue and acute toxicity were assessed by load swimming and acute toxicity of laboratory rats. Compared to the control group, the swimming time of lab rats was increased in a concentration of S. chinensis extract. S. chinens/s dependent manner. The greater the concentration, the higher ability of anti - fatigue was found in rat. S. chinensis drink made with citric acid,custer sugar and potassium sorbate as auxiliary ingredient had no evident side effect.
