摘要
目的:采用原子吸收分光光度法检测不同产地金银花中的Cu、Mg、Ca、Fe、Mn五种微量元素的含量。方法,用浓硝酸和双氧水作为消解试剂,对比电炉消解和微波消解,并用原子吸收分光光度法对上述五种元素进行含量测定。结果,微波消解的效果要比电炉消解的效果好,凤阳的金银花微量元素含量为Ca>Mg>Mn>Fe>Cu,蚌埠的金银花的含量为Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Cu,且凤阳金银花和蚌埠金银花中的铜、锰含量差不多,但是凤阳金银花中的钙、锰、铁的含量则比蚌埠金银花中的要高。结论:本试验方法样品处理简单,准确度高,精密度好,适合于两种金银花中微量元素的测定。
Objective: It is to determine trace elements (AAS). Method: A concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen in Honeysuckle by atomic absorption spectrometry peroxide (4:1 V/V) mixture solution was used to di- gest the horeysnckle and a flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) was applied to determine the elements including Cu,Mg,Ca,Fe and Mn. Results: the digestion ratio of microwave was higher than other methods and it was used for digestion of trace elements in Honeysuckle. The content of trace elements come from Fengyang Hon- eysuckle was Ca 〉 Mg 〉 Mn 〉 Fe 〉 Cu, the content of trace elements from Bengbu Honeysuckle was Ca 〉 Mg 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu, but calcium, manganese, iron content of Fengyang Honeysuckle is higher than that of Bengbu hon- eysuckle. The test method of sample processing is simple, highly accurate, good precision suitable for Honey- suckle about five kinds of trace elements.
